After graduating from Ball State in 1984, Tom Loucks founded “Tom’s Taxes”, preparing tax returns from his parent’s kitchen table in Wakarusa, Indiana. His goal was to provide clients with quality, personalized services at an affordable price. Tom maintained that goal as the firm began to grow.
The firm changed its named to Tom Loucks CPA & Associates in the early 1990s and moved into its current Nappanee office in 1994. Through a series of acquisitions the firm added offices in Elkhart, Goshen, and Syracuse. In 2000 the firm changed it’s name to Loucks & Weaver CPA.
